No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item, subject to stock availability.
Non Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
